This site provides the Village on the Green Members the abilty to create various forms required for the maintenance of their Patio Homes in the community.

Once forms are saved, they will automatically be emailed to ALL VOG Board Members. This helps us expedite the review and processing of all maintenance requests.

Click on the proper form image for your request. Fill in the basic infomation, and click on the Process button to send the form to ALL board members.

Once the Process Button is activated, You can preview the request, but it is not a valid permit until it is reviewed and signed by one or more VOG board members. If there are any additional pieces of information that you feel needs to be added to the request, you will need to contact a board member to help get the changes needed to process your request.
